There is a low traffic mailing list, too. Please state the version of Emacs and any relevant configuration, when writing your issue. Issues should be reported to the Github project.
For instructions on installing, see Installing haskell-mode. The official project is hosted on Github. Haskell-mode is maintained by Philip Weaver. It support Hugs, GHCi, Cabal and hslint, hoogle, cabal-dev, and other utilities.

Features syntax highlighting, intelligent indentation, interaction with inferior Haskell interpreter, code browsing, and Cabal project integration. The haskell-mode package is a set of major modes for Emacs for writing Haskell code and working with Haskell projects. It provides a Haskell development layer which integrates and combines many of the Emacs-Haskell-packages, like auto-completion from ghc-mod, linting, hoogle and more. The Haskell Language Server documentation contains a section on setting it up with Emacs: Using haskell-language-server with Emacs. Entering "haskell-mode" provides additional commands. To test if haskell-mode is actually installed type: M-x haskell. Lookup the specific help files to find out what each of them provide. Note also that each mode must be installed separately. None of the modes listed below provide a complete out-of-the-box IDE rather, each adds only a set of functionality specific to that mode. cabal etc.) but can also be loaded during Emacs startup (~/.emacs) or in Emacs itself (enter: M-x haskell-mode).
